Patient Services Representative
Position Summary:
o The Patient Service Representative assists pharmacists in processing and distributing infusion medication, interacting with patients, and maintaining patient records. The Patient Service Representative works only under the supervisions of a registered pharmacist.

| Qualifications: |
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or GED.
o Current Pharmacy Technician certification.
o Minimum two years experience as a Pharmacy Technician required.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
o Previous home health or home infusion experience preferred.
o Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
