Position Summary:
o QA Analyst position establishes and enforces compliance of quality standards to ensure all information system products and services meet acceptable standards and end-user requirements. Works with users, business analysts, designers, and programmers to perform work flow analysis. Establishes and maintains test environment, test data, and test tools. Documents, evaluates, and tracks program testing results. Recommends program improvements.

Qualifications (Required):
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience and knowledge in performing Quality Assurance duties.
Experience:
Minimum three years IT experience.in a software testing or quality assurance role, overseeing the design, development and implementation of qualify assurance standards for software testing.
Desired Skills:
Experience using one or more functional test automation tools ( IBM Rational software development tools, RequisitePro, Rational Test Manager, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance Tester).
Experience converting manual test cases into automated test scripts.
Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry.
Experience with computer programming language (C#, VB, Java).
Experience testing relational databases through in-depth knowledge of SQL (MS SQL, Oracle).
Knowledge or software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
