Oracle Developer/Data Modeler
This position performs system analysis, data profiling, design and programming duties in multiple types of project. Successful candidate will also provide guidance to team members in TSQL/PL/SQL techniques and best practices, methodology and best practice in data profiling and database modeling.

| Qualifications: |
Education Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent application programming work experience, knowledge and appropriate certification.
Required Skills/Experience:
Relational database experience: MS SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle
Oracle data warehouse development expertise including data profiling, data modeling, design, and architecture. Must be able to test and debug stored procedure, package and complex queries written in TSQL or PL/SQL.
Oracle tuning in warehouse environment
Work with aggregates, hierarchies and tuning in a reporting environment.
PL/SQL development (stored procedures, packages) and mentoring experience
Oracle development in an 10.x environment and later
ETL work with Oracle
Experience with data modeling tool (Erwin, Embarcadero Studio)
Strong analytical skills and aptitude
Must be able prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
Must also be able to take minimal requirements, start addressing the request, and plan for scalability and flexibility
Demonstrated knowledge, proficiency in the principles, procedures and best practices related to PL/SQL development, data architecture and data modeling
Must have effective communication and business acuity to quickly come up with design under tight schedule
Must have effective communication, verbal and written, skills to act as mentor and leader in data modeling and architecture projects
Proficient interpersonal skill to interact with other employees
Ability to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality along with sensitivity to business and IT partners
Must be a self starter
Desired Skills/Experience:
Informatica experience strongly preferred.
